Merbridge: use eBPF to accelerate your mesh

Currently supported Istio, Linkerd2, and Kuma.

Merbridge replaces iptables rules with eBPF to intercept traffic. It also combines msg_redirect to reduce latency with a shortened datapath between sidecars and services.
